Tour 3 «D-DAY OMAHA BEACH SECTOR E-BIKE Explorers»
«D-DAY OMAHA BEACH SECTOR E-BIKE Explorers » half a day on an e-bike. Private tour for 2 people (approx 4 hours)
For more than 2 people you will need to provide your own bikes (Max 6 people).

For an original and exciting way to discover the Omaha Beach sector and the history of June 6, 1944, I propose a private commentated e-bike tour.
I will suggest different stops to visit on foot strategic points including spectacular views on Omaha Beach. This will allow you to see the key monuments that line Omaha Beach: “Les Braves” sculpture, Naval Combat Demolition Unit monument, the Dog green Sector which is the famous location depicted in Spielberg’s “Saving Private Ryan”.
From Omaha Beach we will cycle to the Pointe du Hoc on the “vélo maritime”, a magnificent 9 km cycling cliff path overlooking the sea. Then we will walk to the spectacular Pointe du Hoc, through the German artillery battery.
We will then return to Omaha Beach via small country lanes (approx 13 km), an opportunity to discover the Normandy countryside, the “bocage” landscape and its famous hedgerows, beautiful farms and small churches.
This is an easy cycling tour, suitable for less athletic riders for which powerful quality e-bikes and helmets will be provided.
A small snack will be provided during the tour.
